Returns and refunds

ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE - RETURNS - REFUNDS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The items supplied by https://dragon-naga.com are new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those found in traditional stores and come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.

If an item is defective or does not conform to the order, the buyer has 14 business days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund. If the fourteen (14) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

The customer must return new or unused items complete and in their original, undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation (in their original cellophane wrapping and with the corresponding invoice). In such a case, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact@dragon-naga.com (description and photos attached).

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Dragon Naga® is obligated to reimburse the customer for all sums paid, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

The return shipping costs will then remain your responsibility.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
